  • Where is your office located?

    We are located at 132 North Main Street in the heart of historic downtown Sumter, South Carolina. We are directly across the street from the old Sumter County Courthouse. Street parking is usually available.

  • Do you charge a consultation fee?

    Yes, there is an initial consultation fee. Emergency or same-day consultations may be subject to a higher consultation fee. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

  • Do you allow payment plans?

    Payment plans may be available depending on the particular case and situation. This may be discussed at your initial consultation.

  • Can you notarize documents?

    Yes, we have two South Carolina Notaries Public on site.

  • Do you practice outside of Sumter County?

    Absolutely! We accept clients and cases from any county in South Carolina. 

  • Do you perform home visits?

    Yes! If you are physically unable to come to our office, we can make special arrangments to discuss your case in your home or care facility for added convenience. Contact us for more information.
